At the primary schooling level (class 4 & 5) EVS is taught as an introduction to Science. EVS lays down the basic principles and concepts of everything in our surroundings and helps build scientific curiosity with regard to the same in the students’ minds.

Why You Need EVS Tuition

EVS is a brand new subject for students and therefore some find it rather daunting or difficult to tackle. Hence, online tuition classes for EVS are important and necessary for students.
Online tuition classes help students stay on track and keep in touch with their curriculum and their surroundings.
Online tuition help students make sure they are clear with all concepts and helps them maintain a constant ongoing interaction with their environment with the help of their tutors.

How AMS Teaches
EVS

This syllabus web has been developed within a child centred perspective of themes that provide a common interface of issues in social studies, sciences and environmental education. Live quizzes, daily revision, assignments, tests and tuition keep students of Class 4 & 5 sharp, alert and attentive. This also helps them understand and apply scientific concepts with ease and do well in their exams as well. When children enter this stage, they have just completed their primary schooling. It is important to start with things that are within the direct experience of the child. In a hands-on way of learning science, we start with things that are directly related to the child’s experience, and are therefore specific. From this we progress to the general.

How to Make EVS Fun!

EVS being a relatively new subject needs students to learn to question and appreciate everything in their surroundings. The best way to accomplish this is to build an interest in EVS for them!

Here are some ways in which we can make EVS fun!

Walk EVERYWHERE!

Encourage students to take walks regularly no matter where they are going. Not only will this help them stay active it will also help them become aware of their surroundings!

Arts and Crafts

Art represents what we see in life. Students will become interested and excited when they get to represent it through original arts and crafts projects instead of the mundane regular school work and homework
